Our partner, The Christian Coaching Magazine (CCM) is looking for a variety of pieces, ranging from brief book reviews, mid-length columns (such as opinion or how-to pieces), to longer profiles on themes, issues, or interviews.

While you won’t get paid for your articles, you will gain greater exposure for your expertise among the magazine’s subscribers, including all coaches in the Christian Coaching Network International.

CCM is published quarterly, and they are looking for articles that support these upcoming themes:

Winter 2018 – Submission Deadline: December 18, 2017

Business Building:  This issue will offer articles related to getting clients, the basics of setting up a coaching business, marketing, invoicing, staying motivated, getting your first paying client, tracking client hours and notes, etc.

Spring 2018 – Submission Deadline: March 5, 2018

Transformational Coaching: This issue will feature articles related to helping clients experience deep, lasting change and/or internal shifts.  Could include stories of client success, tools/resources that help create transformation, coaching skills needed, etc.

Summer 2018 – Submission Deadline: June 4, 2018

The Power of Informal Coaching: Articles related to coaching when there’s not a paying client and/or contract.  Could include articles on coaching family members, using coaching within a larger role (pastor, manager, parent, small group leader), or on the spot coaching with strangers or acquaintances.

Fall 2018 – Submission Deadline: September 10, 2018

The Coach’s Inner World: Articles related to what it’s like to be the coach.  How coaching others changes the coach; the mental shifts required to keep growing as a coach; the spiritual nature of coaching others; how the coach gets his/her head right before each coaching session.
