Introducing 2021 CCNI President – Joe Donaldson

Joe Donaldson and his wife, Julie, have lived in the Seattle, WA area for nearly 14 years Joe held the position of Executive Pastor in a local church. Along the way, he became an ICF credentialed coach, a certified church consultant, and a member of IPM (Interim Pastors Ministry). Joe gained valuable board experience while serving as a member of the National Board of Overseers for Converge, the ICF WA State board, and as board president for ConvergeNW.

The primary coaching hook for Joe was the way in which coaching can be leveraged as a discipleship tool. When those “Aha” client moments include a greater awareness of who they are in Christ, he comes away knowing his coaching is central to the spiritual growth and development of his client.

Joe & Julie are parents of one adult daughter who lives in the Portland area with her husband, three children, and one dog. Joe likes to read and to listen to jazz. If you are ever in the area, he’d love to meet you!
