Greetings, CCNI Members!
My name is Jenny Karr and I am CCNI’s Director of Strategy. I was asked to write an article introducing myself and explaining what I do as Director of Strategy. So, here goes –
I have been married for 15 years and we have a 14 year old daughter. We currently live in Nashville, Tennessee, but have a heart to move overseas to serve the missions community through counseling, coaching, and hospitality after our daughter graduates high school. I am 
the Director of Training and Coaching Services at Tailored Fundraising Solutions – a for profit company that works with non-profit leaders and missionaries to raise funds for their ministries. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family, going for walks in our neighborhood, or out to eat at the many ethnic restaurants in the area.
As I said above, so far this year I have served as the Director of Strategy at CCNI and it has been a privilege to be a part of this organization. This year, I’ve been working with a team on creating a process to work with new vendors and create strategic alliances
with outside companies as well as work on cleaning up our internal communication systems. I’ve also enjoyed sharing some of my “expertise” on fundraising and communications on items like the member drive efforts with the amazing membership team we have.
I’ve recently been appointed as President-Elect for the remainder of the 2018 fiscal year and am humbled to continue to be involved in streamlining systems and communications as well as join the Executive Committee in leading the CCNI Board and the organization in setting vision and direction for the remainder of this year.
