Bob Tiede

Bob Tiede (pronounced “Tee-Dee”) has been on the staff of Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) for 53 years – serving 8 years in Cru Campus and then 24 years as the CEO of Josh McDowell Ministry – a Division of Cru. And Now 20 years on the U.S. Leadership Development Team – developing the next generation of leaders for Cru. Charles Hooper is an MCC Coach whose motto is “Accelerating Leaders through Complexity with Clarity.” His focus and passion is for high-potentials, leaders in new roles, and leaders developing new leaders. Bob is an award-winning leader with over 35 years of experience in the military, corporate, federal government, and non-profit sectors. His leadership highlights include Marine Corps Battalion command in combat, Chief of the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) national Chempack program, and the Director of Transportation for the CDC. Bob is a published author, speaker, facilitator and served as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College. Bob holds credentials as a CCNI Certified Professional Christian Coach (CPCC), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a NCDA Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP)™. He is the founder of Trifecta Coaching and Leadership Consulting. Bob’s educational background: MS in Organizational Behavior & Executive Coaching; University of Texas-Dallas; MS in Logistics Management, Florida Institute of Technology; BS degree in Communications, University of Tennessee; and a graduate of Harvard University’s National Leadership Preparedness Initiative (NPLI) executive program. As a retired senior Marine Corps officer and a retired federal senior supervisor, he has lived and worked in over 22 countries around the world and found God’s love for people in each location.

Bryan Brown

Bryan Brown founded Coaching to Lead, LLC to support leaders in building their effectiveness. With 25 years’ experience in developing leaders, Bryan enjoys increasing the capacity and confidence of emerging leaders as well as coaching established leaders to maximize their influence. With his unique gifts, he also equips teams in strategic planning, overcoming obstacles, and team development. At Samford University, Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, then later received his M.Div. from Birmingham Theological Seminary. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach with over 5,000 hours of coaching experience. As a pioneer, team leader, and entrepreneur, he has successfully applied principled leadership and team development in multiple contexts. Happily married to Jackie for 32 years, they enjoy their three children – Abbie, Lindsey and Barker – and live in Johns Creek, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta.

Currently, Bryan serves as the International Leadership Director at Perimeter Church in Atlanta, working with church and non-profit leaders around the world, as well as engaging leaders through his private coaching practice, www.coachingtolead.com. For those who long to grow and transform their leadership, Bryan guides them to achieve greater personal and professional effectiveness. His particular interests include: Leader Development, Team Development, and Strategic Planning. He is also an avid tennis player and beekeeper. Dr. Weigel, (Richard), is an experienced and credentialed Leadership and Visioneering Coach in addition to his expertise as an Education Coach and Consultant. He has an extensive background in education with over 30 years in the various roles of superintendent, principal, director, and teacher. He has helped many individuals and organizations as a coach and trainer, empowering professionals to achieve spectacular results. Dr. Weigel has five university degrees and post-doctoral credentials from multiple universities. His coaching credentials include CPCC and CPLC in addition to his multiple national leadership awards and credentials. He has been an adjunct professor for 4 different universities and has written curriculum for Business Ethics, Leadership Change, Interpersonal Leadership, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, and Leadership Coaching. Richard was the president of CCNI (Christian Coaches Network International) since 2020. Multiple articles on Christian coaching can be read at the CCNI blog. His latest book is called Simple, But True, Practical Thoughts For A More Fulfilling Life. He has designed a Visioning and Goal Setting process that guides organizations, businesses, teams, and individuals to reach new levels of success.
