As a believer and as a Christian coach, Jesus has called you and told you to follow him, and he will show you how to fish for people. Matthew 4:19 is one of the world’s best-known metaphors. Following the heart of that metaphor, CCNI is your fishing boat. We serve to equip your coaching with the metaphorical building of nets, learning how to cast them wide, understanding the tides, and navigating the waters. Our members are the fishermen/women who climb in the boat and follow the instructions of Jesus!

The need for Christian Coaching cannot be emphasized enough. Not all coaching is equal. Christian Coaching has a greater potential to consistently make things better than any secular coaching could understand. (Ephesians 4:17) God invented coaching and Jesus Christ was the perfect coach when he walked on the face of the earth. It is never a mistake when God calls someone to coach, and the first part of his expectations is to use the talents he has given you for his glory and to serve others.

No person can reach their full potential by themselves. There are multiple blocks throughout a person’s life that keep them from seeing what might be obvious to a Christian Coach. When someone has a Christian Coach in their life that truly cares about who they are now and the potential that person has for the future, they suddenly become richer than they might imagine.

Do you realize that any person not living up to their potential is robbing God of glory that would come his way if they did? Anyone who is serious about doing something significant in their life — serious about giving God the glory by standing out as a Christian — serious about moving forward in an area of concern, interest, and need — needs a Christian coach to help bring dreams into reality.
