Executive, Leadership, and Life Coach.

Dr. Weigel has 4 university degrees, and is a national trainer for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Influencer, and Crucial Conversations. He has served as a member or officer for several educational organizations and has also helped with a number of state-sponsored committees for education. He has post-doctoral credits from a few colleges and universities in the areas of business, education, and leadership.

Susan has been a member of CCNI since 2007 and is the founder of Shame to Shine ministries. Her passion is to serve single mothers through coaching and life skills programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, MBA with an emphasis in Leadership, and recently completed her Education Specialist Degree. Susan loves to learn and share ideas with others as well as serving at her local church. Her latest endeavor is studying and applying brain science strategies into her coaching methods. She encourages others to live their destinies by helping them to discover and live from their inner beauty, has taken numerous classes to develop professional coaching competencies.

Mary’s mission is to use the gifts she’s been given by her savior Jesus Christ to encourage people and help them move forward into the purpose God has for them. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor as well as a Certified Professional Leadership Coach through PCCI. Over the years, she’s seen many people struggle with finance, she became a trained Master Financial Coach with Dave Ramsey’s organization. She enjoys coaching and seeing people’s lives change for the better as they learn God’s principles and apply them to their lives.  She and her husband live in Albuquerque, NM. She also enjoys Water Parks.

Brett graduated with honors from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  He earned a bachelor of science degree with a double major in Accounting & Economics.  He co-founded and managed two highly successful entertainment software publishing and development companies in the 90s and 2000s.

Brett’s passion for technology eventually led him to create a website development company that primarily focuses on web design for life coaches.  He brings a diverse set of skills and talents to CCNI with his expertise in WordPress development, app development, project management, digital marketing, and search engine optimization.  He is currently pursuing professional coaching competencies to coach men with addiction issues.

Brett serves as a board member and treasurer of Woodman of the World Camp 11, a local civic organization.  Share Ministries, a North Texas Food Bank, is another organization Brett passionately gives his time.  He manages Share’s digital marketing and serves on its board of directors for the past three years.  Brett is a father, grandfather, and lives in McKinney, Texas.
