Meet the CCNI Board of Directors
Executive, Leadership, and Life Coach.
Dr. Weigel has 4 university degrees, and is a national trainer for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Influencer, and Crucial Conversations. He has served as a member or officer for several educational organizations and has also helped with a number of state sponsored committees for education. He has post-doctoral credits from a few colleges and universities in the areas of business, education, and leadership.
Immediate Past President
Joe Donaldson lives in Federal Way, WA where has serves as the Administrative Pastor at Journey Church. Joe has been a Leadership Development coach for over 7 years. He is a Certified Christian Leadership Coach and a certified church consultant. Joe and Julie have been married over 40 years. Their daughter and her family (including three grandchildren) live in Portland, OR.
Debbie’s passion is to help pastors wives and other women called to lead, embrace their influence. She fully understands the struggles with perfectionism, control, keeping up appearances, desiring a deeper walk with God and a desire to step into your God-given calling.
She conducts intimate retreats for pastors wives. Debbie is a professionally trained life coach, John Maxwell Team founding partner and certified leadership coach, author and women’s retreat leader.
Debbie has over 30 years experience building and leading corporate and volunteer teams. She and her husband have led a Celebrate Recovery ministry since 2006.
Brian Bennett, ACC
Brian seeks to be a blessing in the world by empowering leaders and organizations to perform today and prepare for tomorrow. He brings management and executive perspective from his experience serving in pastoral ministry as an executive pastor before joining Kingdom Capital as the Director of the Leadership Institute. Kingdom Capital is a values-driven private investment and philanthropic firm. Brain holds master’s degrees in Christian Ministry, Organizational Leadership, and an MBA
Georgina is a passionate learner with an insatiable desire to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and to walk alongside others in the truth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and is an ACE Certified Health Coach. She currently resides in southern California with her husband and five children.
Susan Litwiller, CCLC
Susan has been a member of CCNI since 2007 and is the founder of Shame to Shine ministries. Her passion is to serve single mothers through coaching and life skills programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, MBA with an emphasis in Leadership, and recently completed her Education Specialist Degree. Susan loves to learn and share ideas with others as well as serving at her local church. Her latest endeavor is studying and applying brain science strategies into her coaching methods. She encourages others to live their destinies by helping them to discover and live from their inner beauty, has taken numerous classes to develop professional coaching competencies.
Brett graduated with honors from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He earned a bachelor of science degree with a double major in Accounting & Economics. He co-founded and managed two highly successful entertainment software publishing and development companies in the 90s and 2000s.
Brett’s passion for technology eventually led him to create a website development company that primarily focuses on web design for life coaches. He brings a diverse set of skills and talents to CCNI with his expertise in WordPress develop, app development, project management, digital marketing, and search engine optimization. He is currently pursuing professional coaching competencies to coach men with addiction issues.
Brett serves as a board member and treasurer of Woodman of the World Camp 11, a local civic organization. Share Ministries, a North Texas Food Bank, is another organization Brett passionately give his time. He manages Share’s digital marketing and serves on its board of directors for the past three years. Brett is a father, grandfather, and live in McKinney, Texas.
Kimberly is from Ontario, Canada and began coaching in 2015 when she resigned from her position as a learning specialist in the federal government. She and her husband Jeff have over 20 years of ministry experience and have four children who also help out with ministry initiatives. As the Director of Coaching for the Wesleyan Church of Canada, Kimberly is working towards promoting training and coaching to all pastors and ministry leaders within the denomination and beyond so that churches thrive as the love of Jesus is shared.

Rosalyn’s passion is to create a synergy amongst leaders by impelling them to generate greater results by working together. Her aim is to coach, consult, and lead entrepreneurs, support leaders, and individuals to gain the vital competencies to scale their life’s work. She is a Lifeforming Certified Associate Coach and a Strengths Champion Certified Coach. Rosalyn and her husband have developed their signature program geared towards helping individuals cultivate, define, and strengthen their gifts. Currently, Rosalyn is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Regent University in the School of Business & Leadership.
