President

Executive, Leadership, and Life Coach.

Dr. Weigel has 4 university degrees, and is a national trainer for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Influencer, and Crucial Conversations. He has served as a member or officer for several educational organizations and has also helped with a number of state-sponsored committees for education. He has post-doctoral credits from a few colleges and universities in the areas of business, education, and leadership.

Christopher’s mission is to help others succeed so they can each become who and where they want to be. He is a Trained Ramsey Financial Coach, a Certified ITIL and LSS Process Improvement Leader, has 10+ years of project and logistics management experience, and is a trained pastor/worship leader. Christopher enjoys biking, hiking, 4x4ing, camping, leading worship, mentoring, financial education, auto mechanics, being an audiophile, and ministering/serving in his community. He and his wife currently live in Albuquerque, NM.

Brian’s purpose is to use his strengths in systems, coaching, training and strategy to help leaders live for a grander vision, optimize their leadership profile and create healthy and high performing organizations. His experience includes his role as an executive pastor before
joining a values-driven venture capital firm as the Director of their Leadership Institute. He continues coaching in the marketplace and ministry settings. Brian and his family call St Louis home

Director, Education

Susan has been a member of CCNI since 2007 and is the founder of Shame to Shine ministries. Her passion is to serve single mothers through coaching and life skills programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, MBA with an emphasis in Leadership, and recently completed her Education Specialist Degree. Susan loves to learn and share ideas with others as well as serving at her local church. Her latest endeavor is studying and applying brain science strategies into her coaching methods. She encourages others to live their destinies by helping them to discover and live from their inner beauty, has taken numerous classes to develop professional coaching competencies.

Brett Combs

Brett Combs

Director, Technology

Brett graduated with honors from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  He earned a bachelor of science degree with a double major in Accounting & Economics.  He co-founded and managed two highly successful entertainment software publishing and development companies in the 90s and 2000s.

Brett’s passion for technology eventually led him to create a website development company that primarily focuses on web design for life coaches.  He brings a diverse set of skills and talents to CCNI with his expertise in WordPress development, app development, project management, digital marketing, and search engine optimization.  He is currently pursuing professional coaching competencies to coach men with addiction issues.

Brett serves as a board member and treasurer of Woodman of the World Camp 11, a local civic organization.  Share Ministries, a North Texas Food Bank, is another organization Brett passionately gives his time.  He manages Share’s digital marketing and serves on its board of directors for the past three years.  Brett is a father, grandfather, and lives in McKinney, Texas.

Kimberly is from Ontario, Canada and began coaching in 2013 when she resigned from her position as a learning specialist in the federal
government. She and her husband Jeff have over 20 years of ministry experience and have four children who also help out with ministry
initiatives. Kimberly is working towards promoting training and coaching to all pastors and ministry leaders within the denomination and beyond. Personality Type: ENFP Strengths: Belief, Ideation, Relator, Activator, Futuristic

Director, Marketing

McGarryJoe McGarry is the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Kensington, CT. Pastor Joe received his Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN in Youth Development and his Masters of Divinity degree from The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He has served in many roles over the years as a Director of Youth and Family Education, Hope after school director, Music Minister, Trauma Bay Chaplain, and Program Director for Calumet Lutheran Camp and Conference Center.

He has served on various boards including Vanderkamp Ecumenical Camp, Lutheran Campus Ministry at Syracuse University, Clark YMCA, the Candidacy Committee of the Upstate NY Synod, and the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce. He studied marketing with Storybrand and is a Storybrand Certified Guide. He also attends Business Made Simple University.

Pastor Joe enjoys podcasting with his co-host Geoff Sinibaldo on The 2 Bald Pastors Podcast, coaching with Ezee Creative (www.ezeecreative.com), and spending time with his wife Katie and his children Logan and Addyson.

Rosalyn’s passion is to create a synergy amongst leaders by impelling them to generate greater results by working together. Her aim is to coach, consult, and lead entrepreneurs, support leaders, and individuals to gain the vital competencies to scale their life’s work. She is a Lifeforming Certified Associate Coach and a Strengths Champion Certified Coach. Rosalyn and her husband have developed their signature program geared towards helping individuals cultivate, define, and strengthen their gifts. Currently, Rosalyn is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership
(DSL) from Regent University in the School of Business & Leadership.
