Jen Rogers is a startup entrepreneur and podcast launch coach. The irony of my expertise? I became an accidental entrepreneur after falling from grace in the traditional 7am-7pm 9-5 role. Pamela Mertz, CPCC PCC is the President and Founder of BluePrint Life Coaching, LLC. After nearly 40 years leading her own sales company in the high-tech industry, she transitioned into coaching to help others navigate growth and transformation.
She is an ICF and CCNI-certified coach with PCC and CPCC credentials, specializing in leadership and life coaching. Pamela serves as faculty at PCCI, where she teaches Essentials of Leadership Coaching, and is a certified Quality Improvement Coach for international healthcare teams. She also partners with the Academy of Communications in Healthcare and supports chronic care clinical teams through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Passionate about equipping others, Pamela serves as Director of Coach Presenters at Promised Land Living, a global discipleship ministry, and as Director of Education on the CCNI board. Her coaching clients range from CEOs of seven-figure companies to retirees and missionaries in transition, helping them gain clarity and confidence in their next steps. As a Mentor Coach, she takes joy in guiding fellow coaches toward credentialing success and mastery in their skills.
A published author, Pamela’s latest book, Listen IN, was released in December 2024 as the second in her God-help series. She also wrote Truth About Church Wounds, an interactive Bible study focused on healing and restoration in the Church.
She lives in Minnesota with her husband, Lou, and is the proud mother of three adult sons and a beloved daughter-in-love. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, time at the lake, biking, hiking, and her newfound love of pickleball!
